One fee per application, paid when your pack is ready to download. No subscription, no monthly fee, and nothing to cancel.

What is always free
- Creating an account and filling in your profile. You can build the whole thing and see what your application needs before paying anything.
- Application tracking. Record your SAPS reference number, log each status change, and get a check-in email if nothing moves for a month. It is never gated behind a payment. More →
- Expiry reminders, four months before every licence and competency you record — comfortably ahead of the 90-day deadline.
Appeals are free if we prepared the original
If we prepared an application and SAPS refused it, we prepare the appeal free within the period set out in the app. We would rather fix it than charge you twice for the same job.
What the price does not include
SAPS's own prescribed application fees, your training, your safe, association membership and the firearm itself are all separate and are not paid to us. What a firearm licence actually costs →
