These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Firearm License Pro SA website and application at flpsa.co.za (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Cape Town Firearm Training Academy (Pty) Ltd, trading as Firearm License Pro SA ("FLPSA", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making payment, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
FLPSA helps you prepare South African Police Service (SAPS) firearm licence and competency applications and renewals. Based on information you provide, we generate the relevant SAPS forms and a motivation letter for you to check, sign and submit to SAPS yourself. FLPSA is an independent service and is not SAPS, is not affiliated with or endorsed by SAPS, and does not submit applications to SAPS on your behalf unless expressly stated.
We help you prepare a complete, correct application. We do not control and cannot guarantee the outcome, approval, or processing time of any application — those decisions rest solely with SAPS. Fees are for the preparation of your documents, not for a particular result.
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your profile and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must use the Service lawfully and only for your own applications (or applications you are authorised to make).
The fee for each service is shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, PayFast. We do not store your card details. Where value-added tax (VAT) applies, it is shown at checkout and reflected on your invoice. Access to a generated document or bundle is provided once payment is confirmed.

The Service, its software, design and content belong to FLPSA. The documents we generate from your information are provided for your personal use in your SAPS application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLPSA is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from SAPS decisions, delays, or from inaccurate information you provided. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 or other applicable law.
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, with its effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
